This policy describes what Edgeline Sports collects, why, and how it is stored. The short version: only what is needed to operate the service is collected, account data is processed by Whop, picks are delivered through Discord and email, and nothing is sold to advertisers.
What is collected
Edgeline Sports collects the minimum information necessary to operate the subscription:
- Account identifiers. Email address and, for paid tiers, Discord username so picks can be delivered.
- Billing data. Subscription status, tier, and renewal date are received from Whop. Payment card data never touches Edgeline Sports systems and is held only by Whop and its payment processor.
- Site analytics. Aggregate, anonymized session data, including referrer, page views, country, and device class, is collected to understand how the site is used.
- Communications. Email replies, Discord messages, and support requests sent to Edgeline Sports.
What is not collected
Edgeline Sports does not collect, receive, or store:
- Sportsbook account credentials, balances, or wagering history.
- Government-issued identification documents.
- Payment card numbers, CVVs, or full bank account details.
- Precise geolocation data beyond what is inferable from IP-level country lookup.
How data is used
Collected data is used solely to operate the subscription, deliver picks, communicate operational and billing notices, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. Subscriber data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, sportsbooks, or affiliate networks.
Service providers
Edgeline Sports relies on a small number of third-party providers to operate the service. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function:
- Whop: subscription management, payment processing, account authentication.
- Discord: pick delivery channel for paid and free tiers.
- Email service provider: transactional and pick-delivery email.
- Hosting and analytics providers: site delivery and aggregate, anonymized usage analytics.
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Account identifiers are retained for the duration of an active subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle billing reconciliation, refund requests, and abuse investigation. Aggregate anonymized analytics are retained indefinitely. A subscriber may request deletion of their account-level data at any time by emailing service@edgelinehq.com.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Edgeline Sports website uses a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising trackers are loaded.
Subscriber rights
Depending on jurisdiction, subscribers may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data Edgeline Sports holds about them, and to object to or restrict certain types of processing. Requests can be sent to service@edgelinehq.com and will be answered within 30 days.
California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Edgeline Sports does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

The service is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Edgeline Sports does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information to Edgeline Sports, they should email service@edgelinehq.com and the data will be deleted.
